Event put on to raise money for LuaLua Foundation will see several ex-professionals turn out at Whytealeafe
Several ex-Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal stars will come together next month to raise money for the LuaLua Foundation.
The likes of Harry Redknapp, Sol Campbell, Kanu, Emmanuel Eboue, Pascal Chimbonda and many more will be at Whytealeafe Stadium on June 4 for an IFA Champions League event, which will raise money for charity.
The event has been organised to raise funds for the LuaLua Foundation to help orphans in the DR Congo. In 2006 Tresor LuaLua set up the LuaLua Foundation, with the aim of building hostels, sport and education complex in Kinshasa to provide care and education for orphaned children in DR Congo.
On the day, a team involving ex-professionals will take on Whyteleafe at 2pm and before this a youth tournament will take place at 11am.
A Champions League knock-out format will occur with under-12 teams taking part including Whyteleafe, Crystal Palace girls, Ten-em-bee and more.
The event is set to be a great day and the likes of Ravel Morrison, Dan Shittu, Kazenga LuaLua, Nedum Onuoha, Yakubu, Yannick Bolasie, Ian Evatt, Eddie Kadi, Awilo Longomba and more will be present.
It should be a great day for all involved and will continue the great charity work done by the LuaLua Foundation in Africa. Tickets are available here http://bit.ly/2qM7Vq0
