A woman accused of strangling to death her seriously ill partner denied murder at the Old Bailey on Friday.
Joyce Evans, 68, was charged with killing 66-year-old Colin Ballinger at their home in Hornsey Rise in July.
He was found unconscious at the address in Iberia House, New Orleans Walk and died at the Whittington Hospital at the following morning.
Evans entered a not guilty plea and a trail date has been set for March 18.
