Arsenal need thousands of tenacious joggers to do ten laps round the Emirates Stadium to raise cash for charity.

The annual event, called Be a Gunner, Be a Runner, takes place on April 11, and will see hordes of runners dressed in all manner of unusual outfits race round the club’s famous ground.

All funds raised will go to The Arsenal Foundation, which aims to transform the lives of young people in the UK and overseas through a range of education and sport initiatives, including those of Arsenal’s global charity partner, Save the Children.

Last year’s fun-run saw thousands of fans in supporters’ groups from 30 countries, including Bangladesh, Belarus, Hungary, India, Poland, Singapore and the USA jogging for the cause.
