While Jessica Ennis, Usain Bolt and Mo Farah do their thing in the Olympic stadium, hip hop heavyweights are staging their own event in King’s cross.
The Jump Off, at La Scala, in Pentonville Road, which takes place on Monday, is the culmination of a gruelling seven month season of Hip Hop dance, rap and music battles which have been attended such luminaries as Jessie J and Wretch 32.
And the winners of the Jump Off, which shares it’s name with this week’s nail-bring Equestrian “penalty shoot-out” won by Team GB, will walk off with a cool 20,000 in cash as well as bragging rights.
Competitors do battles in a gladiator style arena and previous champions include Professor Green to Labrinth
Tickets start at 15, for more information, visit uk.jumpoff.tv.
