A historic pub is up for sale for nearly �1 million.
The Lord Clyde in Essex Road is on the market for �850,000-�900,000, but whoever buys it will need to lease the pub back to the current owner.
Enterprise Inns is looking to sell the pub on a “sale and leaseback” basis – where the pub will continue to be run as usual.
