Zia’s, in Holloway Road, scoops gong after public vote

A Holloway curry house has been voted the best Indian in north London.

Zia’s, in Holloway Road, was handed the Tried and Tasted award after coming top in a poll of users of Just Eat – the fourth time in a row it has picked up the gong.

Restaurant owner Abdul Kayum said: “It’s a great honour to win the award for the fourth year running.

“To be recognised for all our hard work by our customers, is what encourages us to aspire to continuing and improving at all times.”

Graham Corfield, from Just Eat, said “The Tried and Tasted Awards are hotly contested so big congratulations must go to the winners. They show the value customers place on good service, quick delivery times and most importantly, great tasting, quality food. Thanks to all our customers who voted for their favourite takeaway restaurants.”
