A massive new Waitrose supermarket will open in the King’s Cross development it was revealed on Tuesday.
A 29,000 sq ft food and wine shop and 3,00 sq ft cookery school will move into the restored Grade II listed Midland Goods Shed, in York Way, in spring 2015 - pending funding and planning.
It is the first retailer deal to be announced for the site.
