Islington Council choir to sing at carol concert

Islington Council choir will be serenading the borough next Thursday with a selection of classic Christmas tunes.
The choir, made up of town hall staff members, has been practicing for months for the carol service which will take place at 6.30pm at St Mary Magdalene Academy, Liverpool Road, on December 12.
Food at the concert will be provided by The Blue Legume restaurant, Temptations Café and Bugens in Archway.
Tickets for the concert cost £5 and can be bought on the night.
