Jamie Oliver’s media group is eyeing up a derelict warehouse off Holloway Road for its new offices.
Councillors are being advised to give the application the green light when it is discussed at a town hall meeting on Tuesday night.
It would see the site, which has its main entrance in Benwell Road and a shop front in Holloway Road, turned into “high quality” offices.
Plans also include a roof terrace and a cafe, which will be open to the public. The flats above would remain untouched.
