A LANDMARK has pub re-opened after an 80,000 refurbishment.
The Whittington Stone, in Highgate Hill, has been re-decorated and has had an exterior face-lift, including an outdoor seating area.
The pub will now open from 10am, when breakfasts will be on offer, and is set to reintroduce a range of cask ales, as well as a pool table and dart board.
Manager of the pub, Rob Brewer, said: “We’ve undergone a refurbishment that has changed the pub as much on the outside as on the inside.”
“It looks great and the investment has seen a return to a more traditional feel with quality touches here and there. “The team and I are really looking forward to seeing what our customers think of the pub and hope they enjoy their new surroundings as much as we do.”
