A competition to design Christmas decorations for this year’s festive extravaganza at the Nag’s Head closes tomorrow (November 7).

Those hoping to enter the competition, which offers prizes in the form of cash and vouchers from Selbys department store, can drop their entries off at any Islington Library.

The competition, organised by Islington Council, gives you the chance to have your personally designed decorations displayed on the Christmas tree at this year’s Christmas party at the Holloway pub.

Last week the council extended the deadline for entries to allow more children to enter following half term.

Entrants should submit a separate piece of paper detailing their name, age, address and email address.
