From chocolates to brownies to truffles, his shop in Camden helped to launch his career as one of the best chocolatiers in the world.
He and his team make all their creations in small batches, inventing new creations in each one by infusing liquids, spices and organic fruits into their famous chocolate recipe.
And it’s not just sweet treats that Paul’s shop offers. You can also book in for a masterclass in a wide range of techniques, including chocolate making truffle rolling. You can also learn how to make sea salted caramel, with Paul receiving the title of “best salted caramel in the world” at the International Chocolate Awards two years running.
