A 25-YEAR-old man is to go on trial for attempted murder after denying an attack on a man in Finsbury Park.
Thomas O’Connell, of Green Lanes, Manor House, is accused of attempting to kill 26-year-old Marcin Dzioba on December 28 last year.
The victim was found near the Manor House entrance of Finsbury Park at around 11.15pm suffering serious head injuries.
O’Connell appeared at the Old Bailey via video link on Monday, March 21, and denied attempted murder. He will remain in custody until his trial, which has been fixed for June 27.
