Man hospitalised after Finsbury road rage attack

Police have launched an appeal after a road rage incident left a man in hospital with a serious head injury.

The victim was attacked in Yardley Street, Finsbury, at the junction with Attneave Street, at around 6.30pm on Thursday, September 12.

It followed a dispute between two men at traffic lights in Farringdon Road, at the junction with Rosebery Avenue.

Anyone with information about the assault is asked to contact Islington Community Safety Unit on 020 742 10281. Alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
