A MOTORCYCLIST had to be rushed to hospital this morning after he was injured in a collision with a car outside Finsbury Park station.
The 26-year-old suffered a broken thigh bone when his black Honda was involved in an accident with a grey Volkswagen Polo at the junction of Seven Sisters Road and St Thomas’s Road at 9.50am.
He was taken to the Whittington Hospital in Archway by ambulance and police closed off the northbound lane of Seven Sisters Road for a short period.
The motorbike and car involved in the crash were left in the middle of the road as passers-by made their way to work.
