A development of 50 affordable homes next to Regent’s Canal was officially unveiled last week.
Reflections, in the City Road Basin, Islington, a 14-storey block of one and two bedroom apartments, was opened by Councillor Phil Kelly, the mayor of Islington.
He said: “I found my visit to Reflections very informative and it was extremely valuable to discover how Family Mosaic is creating affordable new homes in the heart of Islington. The show apartments provided a great opportunity to see how local people could enjoy an amazing life here.”
A spokesman for Family Mosaic said that interest in the new properties had been such that it was likely none would be available by the time the Gazette went to press.
