Twerking is no longer just for Miley Cyrus.
Pensioners have been learning the bottom-wobbling dance sensation at AgeUK Islington’s Drovers Centre in North Road.
The picture only shows some of the bravest movers – many more took part in the Soca, Salsa & all thing Spicey dance workshop, part of the centre’s International Wellbeing Day on Friday.
Other delights included Chinese calligraphy, Tai Chi, Etrian dancing, Arabic writing, Spanish art and Caribbean food.
“Our older members could show Miley a few new moves,” said Tina Baker, health and wellbeing tutor at the centre.
