A suspected porn studio has been discovered in a former school taken over by squatters for two months.
The sordid scene was set up in a mobile classroom at the back of the former Ashmount Primary School, Ashmount Road, Hornsey Rise.
It was discovered as about 100 squatters – including a small number of children – were evicted last week.
A double mattress covered with a leopard skin blanket in front of a backdrop made out of sheets, with boxes of tape recorders and a metal thong, were found by security staff guarding the building.
The words, “Elisha’s Womb, may contain nuts” were scrawled on the door to the classroom.
The squatters – who between them had eight dogs – had been living in the empty building since early October but were evicted by Islington Council on Wednesday of last week after it was granted a court order.
Despite the apparent debauchery taking place inside parts of the squat, neighbours in Ashmount Road said that the trespassers had not been a nuisance.

A woman living opposite said: “We didn’t have any problems and on the whole they were pretty well behaved.
“I was speaking to a couple who were squatting there and I have some sympathy with their situation.
“They did say that their dog had been badly hurt by one of the other dogs staying there and I thought that might be a bit dangerous with children living in there as well.”
Last week the building was being guarded by security staff from Shergroup, who were being employed by the council.
Squatters were able to make appointments to collect any belongings left inside the school until yesterday – but the video recorders remain unclaimed.
A Shergroup employee who did not want to be named, said: “The porn set is the weirdest thing we found in there.
‘‘There’s very little damage inside, it’s actually in quite good condition.
“It looks like all the partying happened upstairs and the families were downstairs where they’ve had nappies, cooking facilities and makeshift bedrooms.”
The squat also contained a pool table and hammocks.
The Ashmount School site has been the subject of a bitter debate in recent years, with the council pushing to turn it into housing and residents insisting it should become a free school. The final decision is likely to lie in the hands of education secretary Michael Gove.
