Islington Council is planning to knock down the Bemerton Estate and force people to move out of their properties – even if they don’t want to go.
Leaseholders are being told that they have to move and might be given an option to buy a new property but at double the price of the old ones.
Most of us – the elderly especially – cannot get a morgage so will be forced to move out of the properties we have lived in for over 40 years.
I would like this looked into further as they cannot just force people to move if they don’t want to, which is what is happening.
