Islington’s very own superdog needs your vote to win a prestigious competition.
Flora the Akita from Holloway has been nominated for the HiLife Best Friends Trophy, alongside 11 other hopeful hounds, by Dogs Magazine Monthly.
The peerless pooch is the current Canine World Dog of the Year, won Britain’s Next Dog Model in 2013 and recently finished filming new movie Trespass Against Us with Michael Fassbender and Brendan Gleeson.
Flora, who is yet to reach three human years, also goes into classrooms across London with her owner Robert Stuhldreer to provide a calming influence on children with behavioural problems.
