Arsenal return to action on English soil for the first time since their FA Cup triumph when they host the annual Emirates Cup later this month.

The Gunners, who are seeking their first success in the pre-season curtain-raiser since 2010, face French side Lyon on Saturday July 25 and Bundesliga runners-up Wolfsburg the following day.

Wolfsburg – who include former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner – get the tournament under way against Spanish outfit Villarreal (kick-off 2pm) before Arsene Wenger’s side take to the field against Lyon (4.20pm).

Lyon and Villarreal clash at 2pm on Sunday July 26, with the Gunners taking on Wolfsburg immediately afterwards in the final match of the competition.
