World number one Luke Donald will be defending his BMW PGA Championship crown when Europe’s top golfers return to Wentworth in May.

Donald took over as the world’s top-ranked player when he beat Lee Westwood in a play-off at the famous Surrey course last year, but was overtaken by Rory McIlroy at the start of this month.

However, Donald’s recent victory at the Transitions Championship in Florida took him back into the number one spot and he will be aiming to stay there at the end of Wentworth’s European Tour flagship event.

We are offering five lucky readers the chance to win a pair of season tickets to Wentworth – which will enable them to see all four days of the championship from Thursday May 24 to Sunday May 27.

Winners can also attend the Pro-Am event and enjoy the facilities on offer at the Wentworth tented village, including an Olympic themed display and a showcase of BMW’s latest models.

To stand a chance of winning, all you need to do is answer the following question:

Who replaced Luke Donald as world number one at the beginning of March?

a) Lee Westwood. b) Tiger Woods. c) Rory McIlroy.

Email your answer, together with your name, address and a contact telephone number, to nwl.sport@archant.co.uk no later than 10am on Monday April 23.
