FIRE crews rescued a woman from a burning building during the early hours of Saturday morning.
Firemen from Kentish Town fire station were called to the building in Warltersville Road, Hornsey Rise, at 1.23am. The fire was under control by 2.12am.
Firefighters wearing breathing equipment rescued one woman from the building. She was taken to a nearby hospital by London Ambulance Service. A second floor flat was partly damaged during the incident.
The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
