A young woman was found dead in Finsbury Park yesterday (Monday) afternoon.
Police and the ambulance service were called to Wray Crescent shortly after noon to concerns about the welfare of a woman in her 20s.
A spokesman for the Met Police said: “She was pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin have not yet been informed.”
He added that the death is being treated as “unexplained” and that officers are awaiting the result of a post mortem due to take place today.
