141,425 eligible to vote across the whole borough on May 7

More than 3,000 adults left it late in Islington this year, signing up to vote on the last possible day, April 20.

In total 10,896 new electors were added to the roll March 10 and will now get to have their say on who represents their constituency.

There are slightly more voters in Islington North with 73,325 able to head to the polls on May 7 and 68,127 in Islington South and Finsbury, creating a potential 141,425 votes in the borough overall.

Don’t forget to head down to your nearest polling station before 10pm next Thursday to have your say in the race for parliament.
