Arsenal were held to a frustrating 1-1 draw at home to Crystal Palace. Here’s how we rated the Gunners.

Petr Cech 5

Had very little to do and was then beaten at the near post by Bolasie’s strike. A big mistake.

Hector Bellerin 7

Given the chance to bomb down the right on every occasion and he was a threat. Delivery was disappointing at times.

Gabriel 7

Solid display, one or two shaky moments aside.

Laurent Koscielny 7

Routinely stopped any chance of a Palace counter attack by snuffing out long balls.

Nacho Monreal 6

Had nothing to do defensively and was a decent outlet for play down the left. Had some problems against Zaha late on.

Francis Coquelin 7

He was fierce in the middle of the park today, never giving Palace a chance to play out. But he failed to stop Bolasie getting a shot away for the goal.

Mohamed Elneny 7

Another tidy display from the January signing. He looks a bit limited at times but rarely makes a mistake.

Alex Iwobi 6

Tries too much at times but that is understandable at his age. A decent display but improvements to be made.

Mesut Ozil 8

Just brilliant to watch today as he glided around the pitch. Created so many chances and deserved an assist. Missed a huge chance though.

Alexis Sanchez 8

Battled hard against Souare throughout the first half and was rewarded with a nice goal from a floated header. A lively performance.

Danny Welbeck 7

Provided a lovely clipped cross for Sanchez to head home the opener. Great work rate up front but a bit quiet overall.

Olivier Giroud 6

Needs aerial service to make a difference and he got none of that today.

Aaron Ramsey 6

Made a couple of nice runs through the midfield after he entered the fray but nothing in the final third.

Theo Walcott 6

Late sub, made no real impact.
