NORDWEST ran riot against Eri Stars in the first round of the Islington Gazette Midweek Cup at Market Road on Thursday night.
Gary Greene (pictured right) was on target for Nordwest (above) as they won 6-1 to go into the hat for round two.
n ISLINGTON Boxing Club were hammered 4-1 by a rampant Admiral outfit in their Islington Midweek League Premier Division clash.
Michael Carlin opened the scoring for Islington Boxing Club in the second half, but Tyrone Husbands levelled for Admiral.
Niko Muir and Sam Elishi netted to put Admiral in charge, and Justin Pryce capped a fine display when he added Admiral’s fourth in the 85th minute.
