Ryan Manzeke’s strike was enough to ensure that Islington & Camden Under-15s rounded off their campaign with a deserved 1-0 victory over Barnet at St Aloysius’ College.
The I&C boys had suffered a 5-0 defeat against the same opposition the previous week, but produced a greatly-improved performance to reverse that result.
Skipper Albert Hicks led the line well for the home side, while solid defending from Nyle Jones and Dary N’Tula enabled them to keep Barnet at bay.
I&C Under-14s were also in action against their Barnet counterparts, but they were edged out 4-3.
