Lord’s club will have all-rounder in their squad for six games this summer
Middlesex have signed West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo for this summer’s Vitality Blast.
The 35-year-old will join the Lord’s club in early July and will feature in six matches in the T20 competition.
In a glittering career, Bravo has won the Indian Premier League, the Caribbean Premier League and the ICC World T20 twice and will hope to add another winners’ medal during his time with Middlesex.
“I’ve been fortunate enough throughout my career to have played all round the world and Lord’s in London is a place that really excites me,” Bravo told the club website.
“I have no hesitation committing to Middlesex for 6 games of the Vitality Blast and am looking forward to joining Dan Vettori’s squad at the start of July.”
Middlesex director of cricket Angus Fraser added: “He may only be available for six games, but I expect him to have an impact in a number of these matches.
“I’m sure he is a player the crowds will enjoy watching.”
