A puppetry festival kicks off this evening.
The Pleasance Theatre, off North Road, Holloway, will host eight shows as part of the SUSPENSE London Puppetry Festival which takes place at 11 venues across the capital over the next 10 days.
A spokeswoman for the theatre said: “Pleasance Theatre is dedicated to staging new and experimental work. The theatre is delighted to be a part of SUSPENSE and play a part in exploding the myths surrounding puppetry in the UK, proving conclusively that puppetry isn’t just for kids.”
